2 Days 1 Night (Yangon – Moeyungyi Wetland)
It
is located in Bago Division and 70 miles far away from Yangon along
Yangon – Mandalay Highway. It may take about 2 and half hours from Yangon. The whole wetland is 40 sq miles in size and it is revealed in 1988 as a wetland Sanctuary. Moeyungyi
is a main resource wetland for resident and migratory waterfowls. As a
result of a recent census, there are 128 species of birds. Recommend
time to visit is in the winter, from November to February.

Day 1 : Yangon – Moeyungyi Wetland
Early morning, drive from Yangon to Moeyungyi Wetland by private car. (About 2 hour drive)
Overnight in Moeyungyi Wetland Resort.
Day 2 : Moeyungyi Wetland – Yangon
Drive back to Yangon.
