7 Days 6 Nights Scuba Diving in Mergui Archipelago (22 Dives)

Day 1 : Kawthaung – Kyat Mauk Island (Cocks Comb Island)
Day 2 : Kyat Mauk Island – Honor Rock – Western Rocky
Day 3 : Western Rocky – Sea fan Forest Pinnacle – Mac Leod Island
Day 4 : Mac Leod Island – South Twin – North Twin – Black Rock
Day 5 : Black Rock – Shark Cave – Gt. Swinton Island
Day 6 : Gt. Swinton Island – Rocky Island – Stewart I. Island
Day 7 : Stewart I. – High Rock - Kawthaung

Day 1 : Kawthaung – Kyat Mauk Island
Our boat will leave from Kawthaung’s Myoma Jetty to Kyat Mauk Island. We will make 1 fun dive and 1 night dive in Kyat Mauk Island. We have opportunity to see Black tip Sharks, Tunas, Snappers, Stingray, Turtle, Rare and beautiful different species Nudibranchs and many underwater life.

Day 2 : Kyat Mauk Island – Honor Rock – Western Rocky
The first dive of that day is in Honor Rock. Colorful soft corals and huge sea fan forests are the trademark of the rock. Second dive is in Western Rocky Pinnacle and another dive is in Western Rocky, one of the best dive sites in Myanmar. One of the highlights is a tunnel (Cave) at 20 meters depth that goes all the way through the island.

Day 3 : Western Rocky – Sea fan Forest Pinnacle – Mac Leod Island
First dive for third day of the trip is in Sea fan Forest Pinnacle, the dive site with a forest of beautiful giant sea fans. Mac Leod Island is the best place for night dive. Second and third dives will be at there. We have a good chance there to see Manta Rays, Various shark species, Lobsters, Harlequin Shrimp, Frog fish, Sea Horse and a lot of small things.

Day 4 : Mac Leod Island – South Twin – North Twin – Black Rock
We will dive one dive in South Twin. Another 2 dives is in North Twin and pinnacle around North Twin Island. Dive sites in twin island usually offer the best visibility and highest chance for pelagic. We have chance to see big stuff in Mergui Archipelago. 4 Night Dives is in Black Rock, the most famous dive site in Mergui Archipelago.

Day 5 : Black Rock – Shark Cave – Gt. Swinton
The first two dives for fifth day is in Shark Cave, famous dive site in Mergui Archipelago. We have chance to see more than one shark in the cave. Third dive for that day is night dive in Gt. Swinton, a good dive site to see much big stuff like shark and rays around beautiful corals.

Day 6 : Gt. Swinton – Rocky Island – Stewart I. Island
First dive for that day is in Rocky Island where big chance to see lobsters and beautiful reef fishes. Another dive site for Second dive is in Stewart I. Island. Dive sites around Stewart I. Island are the sites with very good chance to see Sea Horse, Frog Fish, lobsters, various shark species and a lot of small things.

Day 7 : Stewart I. Island – High Rock – Kawthaung
Final day diving is adventure diving, we will make a dive in High Rock. There we can find all the special things like Pine fish, Pineapple fish, Frog fish, Sea Horses and many different species of Nudibranchs. Then back to Kawthaung.
